Creatine is a muscle supplement used by many athletes and body builders. It helps its user to have more energy and prolongs its stamina during workouts enabling the person to feel more strong and powerful.
Compared to nitric oxide, creatine has a lot of side effects, which you do not wish to have. Nitric oxide is purely supplements that can be produce by our body and can also be outsource from plants, animal meats and dairy products while creatine is made of muscle building components along with the other food base additives.
Users of creatine may start noticing that their body becomes fuller and bigger instantly. This is partly because of the water retention but most of this effect is due to gaining muscles masses to their body. Although the increase in the size of creatine users is noticeable, you may find out that it is not as hard as it looks for this maybe due to the water retention on their muscles. So that is really not pure muscle.
Unlike nitric oxide, there are also several cases of those athletes who take creatine and then suffer from severe dehydration, which is said to be part of the short-term side effects of creatine. This is due to high dosage of intake of creatine but could also be cured after lowering the dosage.
What’s really bothering is the other side effect of creatine to our body organs. Studies show and prove that too much or improper intake of creatine would lead to serious damage of our kidney and liver. Creatine supplements may contain substances that cause build-ups to our kidney as well as our liver that expose the two organs at a great risk.
Thus, I don’t advise my reader to take creatine supplements but instead, try other supplements like nitric oxide, which are much safer and effective for your body.
