How L Arginine Is Better Than Protein

L-arginine and protein are two essential nutrients that help us build better muscles. They are similar in function, yet there are several areas in which L-arginine proves to be better than protein.

Our body itself can produce L-arginine. Normally, we have enough L-arginine which is being produce by our kidney and liver. There are also other external sources of L-arginine like the foods that we consume.
